I had my whole house carpet cleaned by Mr Carpet Cleaner on 24/06/2023 Communication with the team has been great, really polite and friendly and responses are always prompt. They are a family business that started in 2020 but with prior experience in carpet cleaning Price transparency is really important to me and the team charged exactly what they quoted. I have different types of carpet around the house and they explained what treatment would be needed for each one, and what chemicals and tools they were using. I was impressed by all the training they had completed about the different treatments needed for different materials They redid sections where there were paint stains a few times, which I appreciated. And they made sure all the edges were clean and helped me move my furniture. I even asked to see all the dirty water from the machine after the upstairs was complete and again for the downstairs, and they showed me the water tank being emptied. It was also really nice to here them supporting families and businesses clean up after the flash floods in Leicester I will be reusing their services again and passing on their details to family /friends
